Payment Terms
To ensure clarity and protect both client and planner, the following payment schedule applies:

Deposit (Retainer): 40% non-refundable deposit due upon contract signing to reserve your date and begin planning
-
Midpoint Payment: 30% due 60 days prior to the event (or halfway through planning, whichever comes first)
-
Final Payment: 30% due 10 days before the event date
Note: Services will not be rendered if payment is not received in full prior to the event. Acceptable forms of payment include PayPal or check. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly fee.
